The most interesting source I have found so far is an online article. The article is titled Student Stress and I like this one the most because of the organization and diction used. This article is worded in a manner that doesn't force me to look up every other word in a dictionary. This source is an article posted by an organization that deals mostly with stress. I learned that stress decreases productivity by inducing irritability, forgetfulness and disorganization. As I read more into this article, I realized more and more how beneficial this research topic could be for me. Stressing out before tests, even though it may seem inevitable, needs to be taken care of. Going for runs, lifting weights or meditating could help a student's efficiency exponentially.
So far, I think my inquiry question has shifted to "What are the effects of stress on a student's health and academics?" which is a little more specific but allows many more opportunities for research.
Interesting, Ms. Martinez! Hope you're feeling better now. Onward!
